A: Yes! The vehicle is 100% waterproof and can still be operated in the rain, but this does not mean you would want this as there is no cover. If It starts raining, its often best to wait until the immediate downpour passes before completing your trip.
Do I need to know how to drive manual transmission?
A: No, the vehicle is fully automatic called AUTODRIVE. This means the vehicle still shifts internally just without having to be to be engaged at all by the driver.

A: No the vehicle is considered a car and would not require any additional licensing/permits to drive.
